Responsibilities Provides support, information, and direct patient care. Utilizes equipment and technology successfully and is technologically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self-care issues. Registered Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing the ANA Standards and the Nursing Process working with children and adolescents. Practices in accordance with Hospital Policy, Maryland Practice Act, ANA Standards of Care and unit / departmental standards. Qualifications Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Licensed in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 1 year experience in med/surg required; experience in psych nursing preferred Strong nursing skills Work Schedule This RN position is a 3 - 11:30 shift working every other weekend.
