The Company Well financed, very successful Senior Living Provider Company is recognized for their mission-driven product offering A culture built on transparency, collaboration, and innovation Equity position potential Develop, own and manage their properties Communities are primarily upscale AL and Memory care The company is growing and preparing to move into new states They have 7 projects under development Doubled their number of communities since 2012 Core Responsibilities Ensure that a metrics-driven sales model is in place to drive and measure the effectiveness of all sales efforts Participate in strategic planning with senior management team Oversee the development and successful management of the annual sales budget Constantly monitor competitive landscape, industry trends and sales conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to adjust tactics and strategies Develop insightful and motivating sales training materials Hire, develop, and retain exceptional sales talent at the regional and community level Energize, inspire and coach the Regional Sales Managers so their community-based teams achieve stellar results Set clear organizational goals and expectations for direct reports using a performance review process and hold team accountable for their performance Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited university; and 10+ years of experience in sales leadership and management with multi-region or division experience. (must have B2C experience) Strong planning, analytical, and quantitative skills required Successfully developed, sales forecast, budgets Developed, implemented, and driven strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Extensive knowledge of proven sales processes and techniques Aptitude to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve practical problems Successful experience in hiring, training, coaching and motivating sales teams to consistently achieve high-performance results Proven experience in developing and executing sales plans and budgets Career history of proven results LM Hurley & Associates executive search experts serve in the Senior Living and Assisted Living industry in public and private companies from stand-alone, to early stage start-ups to public companies.
